1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and qqq5 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the qqq5.club website and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots and all other gaming products offered through the platform.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet on qqq5, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. qqq5 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on qqq5, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. qqq5 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. qqq5 is strictly prohibited to persons under 21.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited.
• You must register with your own accurate personal information. False registration details will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must not be a current or former employee or contractor of qqq5, or an immediate family member of such a person.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on qqq5 at any time. Multiple accounts created by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, device identifiers, payment methods or IP addresses — are prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• All activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you. qqq5 accepts no liability for losses incurred due to unauthorised third-party access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• KYC verification — submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address — is required before processing your first withdrawal. qqq5 may request KYC documents at any time in the course of your account's lifetime.
• qqq5 reserves the right to suspend an account pending identity verification. During a suspension, you may continue to place bets but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.
• You must notify qqq5 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach related to your account.

qqq5 implements SSL encryption on all account sessions and supports optional two-factor authentication. We strongly recommend all members enable 2FA from their account security settings to add a second layer of protection against unauthorised login.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on qqq5 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qqq5 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. It is your responsibility to check your provider's fee schedule before initiating a transfer.

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. qqq5 reserves the right to add, modify or remove payment methods at any time.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not accepted and may be returned or held pending investigation.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within ten minutes for KYC-verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. These minimums may be adjusted from time to time.
• qqq5 reserves the right to request additional identification documents before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of whether KYC has been previously completed, if the transaction is flagged by our risk management system.

5Bonuses and Promotions

qqq5 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between an offer-specific term and this section, the offer-specific term prevails.

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements (rollover requirements) which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each bonus offer page.
• Bonus funds and free spins winnings are credited to your bonus balance and cannot be transferred to your real-money balance until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• qqq5 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter bonus amounts, or modify wagering requirements at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to a member's account.
• Bonuses are personal to the member and cannot be transferred between accounts. Attempting to transfer bonuses to another player's account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• qqq5 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed in an abusive, fraudulent or otherwise improper manner, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play patterns.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on qqq5 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any discrepancy, the platform's recorded data takes precedence over any other source.

• A bet is deemed final once it has been accepted and confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified or reversed after acceptance except in circumstances expressly provided for in these Terms or the applicable game rules.
• qqq5 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by corruption, match-fixing, or any irregular activity that materially affects the integrity of the outcome, whether or not such activity has resulted in a formal finding by any sporting or regulatory body.
• Obvious errors in odds, lines or prices — including typographical errors and system errors — do not constitute a valid contract. qqq5 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous prices and to correct such errors as soon as they are identified.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the cashier and relevant betting sections of the platform. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for a market will be capped at that maximum regardless of the stated odds.

7Responsible Gaming

qqq5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their gambling activity and to seek help if they feel gambling is becoming problematic. Use of these tools is entirely voluntary but strongly encouraged. qqq5 is for entertainment purposes only and is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Members may configure alerts that trigger after a set duration of continuous play, reminding them of elapsed time and current session balance.
• Self-exclusion: Members who feel they need a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion no deposits, bets or promotional offers will be accepted.
• Reality checks: A pop-up notification showing session duration and net win/loss is available as an optional tool and can be enabled from account settings.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qqq5. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Money laundering, including placing bets with no genuine gaming intent for the purpose of transferring funds or converting illicit proceeds.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to exploit the platform, manipulate event outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner without express written permission from qqq5.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any reason, including circumventing a self-exclusion, exploiting welcome bonuses more than once, or evading account restrictions.
• Any act of fraud, misrepresentation or deception, including providing false identity documents, falsifying KYC submissions, or impersonating another person.

9Account Suspension and Termination

qqq5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by qqq5, or submission of fraudulent verification documents.
• A member's voluntary request to close their account, including a permanent self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the qqq5 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, page layouts and the overall look and feel of the site — is the property of qqq5 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit any content from the qqq5 platform without prior written authorisation from qqq5.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qqq5 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services, even if qqq5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude qqq5's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. qqq5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your qqq5 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Privacy and Data Protection

qqq5 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information collected from members is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy. We use your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with our legal obligations and communicate with you about your account and promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Full details of your rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct and delete your data, are set out in the Privacy Policy.

13Amendments to These Terms

qqq5 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, we may also notify you by email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of qqq5 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
